To share the knowledge of the practice of medical management and wellness with our participants and clients to allow health care consumers to become their own case managers: directing their care and making informed, cost effective health care decisions. Our case managers are empowered to do whatever is necessary to promote this vision with guidance from the Case Management Society of America’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
